All the company's CNC systems are equipped to produce both prototypes serial production, with quality, traceability and repeatability standards to AS/EN 9100 standard.Thanks to both the expertise of the SOPHIA manufacturing Team and the innovative investments in production processes by day they are carried out complex precision machining and optimization delivery times.

The Company is qualified to create metal alloy products using Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology: the leading production process for the production of parts of high quality standards, precision and repeatability.
Our team has developed the most suitable process parameters to guarantee high performance components for any metallic material. All the articles made are subjected to a cycle of depowdering, heat treatment, cleaning and polishing, carried out by qualified operators.
Furthermore, SOPHIA, through its high expertise in machining processes, ensures the geometric and dimensional tolerances required by DWG, guaranteeing an entirely turnkey product: from powder to metrological report.
